CVG's Multi-Axis Performance Simulator (MAPS) and Biomechanics and Ergonomics Simulation and Test (BEST) Laboratories allow our engineers to physically simulate the harshest working environment for a broad number of products.
 
Modeling the most stressful of working environments, the simulator’s maximum thrust (60,000 lbs) and translational stroke (over 250 mm) create all the jolts, shocks and roughness of the job in a controlled laboratory setting.  For vibration related testing, the 0-300 Hhz operating range extends today’s ability for modal testing, durability, buzz, squeak and rat​tle testing.

Our 6-Aixis Performance Lab can create, in weeks, what would normally take tens of thousands of miles or years to experience in actual service.  This greatly accelerates performance testing and helps reduce time lost in mistakes or rework.
